Jonathan Sims - Head Archivist of the Magnus Institute. His job is to organise the mess in the archives. In order to do this, he decided to start committing the statements to tape. Jonathan is a driven, easily irritated, rational man, who does not really seem to believe in the paranormal.
Martin Blackwood - Archival Assistant. Jonathan does not like him very much. According to him he is not very good at his job of researching the statements, so Martin does his best to gain Jon's approval.
Tim Stoker - Archival Assistant. He is fun and outgoing and can impersonate or flirt his way into acquiring confidential information.
Sasha James - Archival Assistant. She mostly does her research digitally.
Elias Bouchard - Head of the Magnus Institute. We don't really see a lot of him.
Gertrude Robinson - Former Head Archivist. What exactly happened to her is unclear, but she is presumed dead. She was an old woman, who left the archives a mess.
